Commitment to Privacy

At Just Special Photos we take the security of your personal information very seriously. We don't sell or share your information with third parties. We will not use your photos in our marketing material without your explicit permission.

Terms of Agreement

DVD Compatibility: We produce your presentation on a high quality DVD-R format. While they are compatible with most DVD player manufactured, not all manufacturers adhere to certain formatting standards. Please check the compatibility of your DVD player before ordering, as Just Special Photos does not issue refunds due to equipment incompatibility. For more information, please fill out the contact form and we will contact you shortly.

Refunds: At Just Special Photos, we want you to be thrilled with the DVD presentation we have created for you. We will work closely with you during the planning and creation of your presentation to insure this end. If your DVD is found to be defective after you receive it, we will be happy to replace it with another copy.

Music Usage: At Just Special Photos, we use royalty free music to which we have purchased the synchronization rights. We will be happy to use your music, provided you send us the original CD and indicate clearly on the order forms which songs go where. Please keep in mind that the length of your chosen songs may not match well with the time of photos you have chosen. We will do our best to coordinate music appropriately.

I understand there are copyright laws pertaining to the ownership and reproduction of music and that the purchase of a CD does not allow me free copyright to such music. I am also aware that large monetary penalties may be assessed for illegally copying media without the written permission of the copyright owner. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Special Photos and its agents for any liability, damages, or expenses (including reasonable actual attorney's fees) that may incur as a result of processing this media, including any claims brought by any person claiming an interest in the media or their subject matter.
