A. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to best prepare your photos.

Q. What if I don't have time to put my photos in order for custom DVD package?
A. If you do not specify an order for your photographs, we will incorporate them in the video in no particular order.

Q. Which photos are best for my custom DVD presentation?
A. Choose photographs that are representative of different events you want to show. Avoid similar photographs and photos that are out of focus. For example, two different poses of the same subject.

Q. What photo formats can you use?
A. We can use printed photographs, negatives, slides, or digital formats on CD.

Q. How do I get the photos to you?
A. We recommend you use a reliable traceable courier.

Q. What if my photos need retouching?
A. Basic color and brightness adjustments are always included. You can also request extra retouches.

Q. Can you incorporate other elements in my DVD presentation?
A. Postcards, maps, tickets, certificates, and other paper items can be included in your video. Each one will count as one photo.

Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. On average, a typical DVD package will be ready within 2 weeks from receipt of your photographs. If you have a specific event that you are preparing the DVD for, allow plenty of time in case questions or problems with the materials arise.

Q. When and how will I get my originals back?
A. Your originals will be returned to you with your final DVD.
